I always make an appointment and everything goes smooth. Their prices are competitive. The first time I used them was with having tires shipped there from Tire Buyer for mounting, balance install for 56.00. I have been going back ever since. Seriously consider their road hazard plan it's reasonable and pays for itself with the free rotation and balance.

We have been going to Dukes for our tire needs for 8 years. Always great service and friendly. Last trip, struts, shocks all around, and replaced a tire(nail in side wall). Great job Duke. My 2012 Honda Pilot rides like a new SUV. Thanks.
